Guh-leeh

Hey lovelies.

Now, Glee's on a few weeks' vacation, and there won't be an episode until next week, so I seize the chance to reminisce about a show that's only in its second season. Because even so, I do get the Oh my, time goes by so quickly -feeling. I miss the feel of the group completed of just weird, outside kids plus a jock who's in because he's blackmailed by the teacher, for false marijuana possession. And then the cheerleaders who're there only from the jelousy. I miss the frequent hair jokes from Sue, and I kind of miss Sue's not having a nice side at all. #Cutting off student's ponytail. And the more obvious stereotypes were fun. I miss sitting in my TINY loft, that smells like... an aired loft. Ever smelled a loft with open windows? Old, yet fresh. Dusty, yet grassy. ...and watch Glee each week, being very much in love with Kurt. I'm still very much in love with Kurt.

Don't get me wrong, I'm very exited about the joyful dynamic there is now, did I mention Kurt/Blaine? Yeah, there's no descending lately, in my enthusiasm for this show.

BUT it has made me wonder: Are American kids kinda dumb? Haha, I really really don't mean just that, buuuuuut just to keep stereotypes going. Glee is possibly making ignorant impressions in my head here. Because, really, no sex ed until high school? Some scenes in 'Blame It On the Alcohol' and 'Sexy' made me think they'd fit better in a show with younger, younger kids. Or maybe that's TV in general, the stupidifying effect.

OHWELL.

Not such a great photo, because it's actually only two inches or a little more tall in teh real laif, and it's part of a bigger photo, so. Uhm, made it late last year. Hihi, he's grown about four inches since he started the show xD

Twice As Nice

Hello, Lovelies!

Down Karl Johan, Oslo's biggest shopping and parade street, they're making snow and ice sculptures in the occasion of the World Cup in skiing sports. And by the way, I just visited the official web page for the event, and it struck me how many grammar mistakes there were and how oddly it was written in English. Go Norway. Really, I keep seeing new proof of how not so very amazing the people in charge here are at representing us internationally. But on the other hand, I don't think we're so bad artistically. All of the sculptures have something to do with Munch! And I like this very much, I dig Much.

Tell me I'm not the only one thinking how cool all that rigging looks. This is where the prizes were handed out, and some entertainment happened, but I haven't seen any of it.

Project 365

Okay, Lovelies.

Last year I saw someone (that someone being Gutterface at Deviantart), doing the Project 365, and I was like: That is like totally cool and artistic and you know.. that! But. You know. Mid-year. You're supposed to start first of Jan. And then I saw it again today, and hey! Today is only the third, so I'll start today!
What it is? //Need structure and continuinity in blog posts. // Cannot spell continuini... bleh.
IT IIIS ME! (and YOU hopefully) taking a picture every single day for a year.This will make you a little aware of what you did every day for an entire year, which I'm convinced will give me insight and all that. AND! Just like drawing a little every day (which I don't do anymore because I'm stupid), it will improve my skiiiiills :D

Tooodaaayy.... I met up with a friend who knows everyone we see at this one spot. No, really. So I met new people, I even kind of got hit on, hee hee.

And I have revealed to the nerdiest, but great and kind, mind you!, people I know, that I own no knowledge within card games. Card games like Magik and such. NO IDEA. I've known people who play for years, and I've been quite a geek for even longer, but the games.. I'm clueless. There, I'm out. I've never even touched WoW.

Nevertheless, I love LotR, I absorbed the basis of my english through the Harry Potter books, and I adore Star Wars. I go to conventions. So there. c:

Speaking of which! This Saturday I'm attending AiCon, a smaller kind of Con, mainly focusing on gay and lesbian comics. (Most of all japanese manga.) I have no costume this time, I just cannot be bothered, and my wallet's tight.

I have some fancy clothing, however.

Tomorrow I'm babysitting a friend, haha! She is in fact, a friend of a friend, and I only met her today for the first time. But she is awesome 8D

She's Swedish, and visiting my friend here in Norway, but as it happens, my friend's going to a funeral, and it'd be boring for a Swede all alone here.

That's almost typed offensively, because it is an old Norwegian tradition to treat Swedes like idiots. Heh.

That's what you get for taking over our country for generations! >O

The viking kings of Scandinavia have actually been chopping each other's heads off since anyone can date. So really; no hard feelings truly.
